Harbour Master is honoured

Carl Bagwell has served at Rye for more than 30 years and is he is also the harbour's senior pilot. Two years ago, he received an award from the Assistant Chief Constable of Kent for his help in the successful prosecution of drug and people smugglers. Carl has been in the maritime industry for almost 50 years and puts his success down to hard work and making time for other people.
